Policies

Tuition & Refund Policy

A deposit is required to reserve admission. Full payment must be completed before the course begins unless a payment plan is approved.

  • Cancellation 14+ days before start: Refund minus deposit.
  • No refunds after the course starts (except approved medical emergencies).
  • Approved withdrawals may receive credit valid for one year.

Grievance Policy

Concerns should first be discussed directly. If unresolved, a written complaint must be submitted within 14 days. The director will review within 7 business days. All complaints are handled confidentially and without retaliation.

Code of Conduct

All participants must maintain professionalism and respect.

  • No discrimination or harassment
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Respect physical boundaries and consent
  • No substance use during training
  • Violations may result in dismissal.

Attendance Policy

100% attendance is mandatory. Missed hours must be completed through approved in-person make-up sessions. Certification is granted only after full attendance.

Anti-Retaliation & Anti-Harassment

Retaliation or harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited. All reports will be investigated confidentially, and disciplinary action may follow.

  • All assignments and exams must be completed
  • Exams are cleared
  • All fees are paid

Assessment & Certification Policy

All assignments and exams must be completed on time. Late submissions may incur penalties. Certification will be issued only after:

  • All academic requirements are completed
  • Exams are cleared
  • All fees are paid
